Why Choose BREATHE?

Why Choose BREATHE Pelvic Therapy and Fitness?

Opting for BREATHE Pelvic Therapy means receiving holistic care that treats your body as a whole, rather than just a diagnosis code. We prioritize your best interests, addressing dysfunction and pain effectively and efficiently.

Does BREATHE take insurance?

Do I need a doctor’s referral to see the pelvic floor specialist?

No in the state of Massachusetts you do not need a pelvic referral to see a physical therapist. Massachusetts has direct practice, and you can schedule directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

What is the frequency of visits?

Pelvic physical therapy is different from traditional physical therapy and appointments will typically not run 2-3x a week for 5 minutes of manual therapy, and half hour total treatment time. Appointment frequency will be determined following the Initial Evaluation but expect an hour treatment with individual one to one care the entire time, and frequency of 2 times a week for maximum benefit.
